- Poço Beach, where the property is located, has direct access to water sports, especially the famous course to the island of Areia Vermelha.
- You can walk to Lovina Tropical - bar, excellent restaurant, quite comfortable, known for its caramachones overlooking the sea and its wonderful menu.
- The property is next to Jacaré Beach, where you can enjoy the sunset to the sound of Bolero de Ravel by Jurandir do Sax (about 4.6 km from the property).
- We have the Intermares Beach (about 2.9 Km from the property), where we have restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, laundries, post office, Itau bank, small malls, beauty salon, etc ...
