Have the ultimate lakefront vacation at this 3-bed, 2 bath newly renovated vacation/cottage rental on Coldwater Lake, MI in Shawnee Shoals neighborhood. This cozy cottage is 1,400 feet and can sleep 8-10 guest.
During the Summer months launch your boat for a memorable day on the water or enjoy your day swimming off the dock and playing in the sand. Your boat can remain at our dock during your stay.
During the winter months this is the perfect location for ice fishing and snowmobiling.
Fully equipped with all your needs: central air, electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, linens, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, 5 flat-screen Smart televisions, waterfront deck with outdoor furniture, propane grill (available Memorial-Labor Day), Solo Stove fire pit (available Memorial Day-Labor Day), 3 kayaks (available Memorial-Labor Day), 1 paddle board (available Memorial-Labor Day), full fridge, mini fridge, coffee pot, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more.
New well in 2020.
Enjoy 16 miles of connecting lakes all the way to Marble lake. Coldwater lake is known for its excellent fishing and water sports such as skiing, wake boarding, tubing, and ice fishing. It is also known for its popular sandbars throughout the chain of lakes. Within 10 minutes there are two golf courses, Iyopawa Island and Bella Vista. Downtown Coldwater is just 10 minutes away for restaurants, shopping, Go-Kart tracks, grocery stores and movie theaters.

Wonderful & Relaxing!

We spent a few days with our grandchildren creating memories to last a lifetime and this lake house was perfect! The beach area was great for any ages, and they enjoyed hours of jumping off the dock. It was very clean and Sarah was very quick at responding before and during our stay if we had any questions. Rooms were very nice but the majority of our time was spent outside. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to make this our annual location.

Wonderful getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and well stocked with items. The quiet “cul de sac” was perfect for kayaking and hanging out, and the back patio area was absolutely wonderful! We spent most of our time there when we weren’t out boating!

This lake house is in a good location and has a great view! We love to do jigsaw puzzles while on vacation and the lighting was not very good for that! The guys like to go fishing and it was not very good for that either! Very easy check in and check out! Overall, we had a great time and have already rented it again for next year!

Annual Family Vacation

This is our second year back at this lake house and it's a perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The backyard patio and grass area is perfect for any type of activities we wanted to do and also gave us some cover from rain to still be able to enjoy the outside!
