This beautifully furnished four-bedroom split level townhouse has a beach theme splashed throughout, if you are looking for a waterfront holiday property that oozes class and style and will give you a wonderful relaxed holiday feel then 15 The Moorings is waiting for you.
Spacious open plan living / dining area with a very well fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, DeLonhgi (Nespresso) coffee machine, island bench with wine fridge, Wifi and smart TV which is all located on the lower two levels.
The dining area opens out to a large outdoor paved area with outdoor dining furniture and large BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the view looking down over the pool area with the tropical landscaped gardens and straight out onto Sunset Beach.
The main living area has a huge 65 wall mounted TV with built-in surround sound entertainment system and DVD player. The bedrooms are all large with ceiling fans, the main bedroom has a stunning ensuite with double shower, there is air conditioning on 2 levels which filters through to all rooms. The property boasts a stunning full sized main bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub and separate toilet.
Lock-up garage with internal access that caters for one medium vehicle plus additional off-street parking suitable for boats, the internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is in the garage area.
15 The Moorings is in a great location, just a short walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you will find fantastic award-winning restaurants, internet cafe, children's playground with swings, community tennis courts for hire.
*Please note the complex pool usually closes from end of April until end of September. This decision is made by the Strata Committee for the complex and is out of the managing agent and owners control.*

Amazing house and location
Amazing house for a few families - well stoked with everything we needed. Great location. Just wish we didn’t have to pick up and drop off keys in Nelson’s bay. Real estate could have been nicer to deal with.

All guests are required to pick up and drop off keys at our office in Nelson Bay. Please note check in time is 2pm, however you called our after hours phone at 12pm on Australia Day demanding to check in at that time, sorry that we could not allow an early check in on a public holiday. Key collection location and time are stated in our booking terms and conditions.

The property itself was amazing however had major plumbing issues which flooded the lounge room .
Property is fantastic for a family , beautiful grassed area.
Fenced in pool and fenced in area away from the Marina .
Lots of stairs though from top bedrooms to the living area .

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at 15 The Moorings. We agree it is a fantastic holiday property for the whole family to stay together. The property is well maintained and the owners stay regularly themselves. The plumbing issues were unforeseen and were dealt with straight away by the staff member on call.
This property was amazing. Very modern and adequate space and bedrooms. Main bathroom was beautiful and views/property location was amazing! Able to have the kids swim in the pool and go into the water straight out the back is rare! The kitchen was amazing and magnificently stocked for a full number of guests making meals very easy. The only negative was having to travel into Nelson bay to pick up and drop off the keys. A lockbox at property may be a great idea! Would 100% recommend this property and would love to go back!
The views, amazing. The proximity to water is very close. An amazing restaurant is a quick stroll down the sand. The hose has everything we needed.
Lots of space for our large adult family to spread out. The table was big enough for us all to eat at.
The lawns are soft and sitting on them or walking on them was very nice.
The downside - mozzies. The outside was almost unable to be used due to the mozzies. Those of us who can use repellent were okay but with one family member who can’t it was horrific.
The stairs, if we had young children it would have been a nightmare trying to keep them in.
The pool is communal and as wonderland it looks, the trees drop stuff in it constantly rendering it unusable.
This property had everything that you needed. It was Well maintained and very clean. Very modern and great location. Had a really great stay

The place was delightful. Very clean, beautiful view and great location.
There was only one thing that could have been a bit better. The TV and DVD player and sound system didn't work properly. We had to try and hook all the wires up properly and only ended up being able to watch a dvd with very little around.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend! We will be back for sure!
