2/11a Christmas Bush Avenue is a modern, pet friendly, two storey townhouse with a split system air conditioner downstairs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an easy scenic walk into the heart of town!
Downstairs has the open plan living area with a Smart TV and comfortable relaxed furnishing, this area opens out onto the alfresco dining area with gas BBQ facilities and an enclosed courtyard/ garden area which is perfect for children to play.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher & microwave, The property also provides an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer.
Three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and located upstairs, the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and the second TV, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
