Never again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place but very cheaply maintained. Had to call paradise escapes multiple times because of things that’s should’ve never been an issue. Then every time I’d get through to a person they had an attitude, very unprofessional. A/C cuts out often while not being able to lower pass 74 degrees. Very terrible experience for me and my family.

Not the home away from home experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family did not enjoy this rental. The home was big but not in a good way. It seemed big just for the sake of being big. The pool was much smaller than pictured, they must’ve used a wide angled lenses to make it seem larger. We spent a week in Florida, half the week we spent at a home we rented from Airbnb and the whole family agreed that they liked that one much better. It’s nice to have a lived in home that has basic things like salt and pepper so you don’t have to go out and buy every little thing. I think this home is listed on Airbnb as well but it’s not a home that anybody actuat lives in. It’s purpose is to rent like a hotel, and it very much had that feel. The management property almost kicked us out since they wanted us to physically check in but office wasn’t open until after 9am. We were visiting Disney while there so we were leaving before 9 and getting home by the time they were closed. Also, when we left Sunday I tried to contact the office to ask a question about checkout procedure as it wasn’t clear and was afraid of getting hot with one of their many fines for things not being exactly as they say, but could not get in touch with anybody since the office was closed Sunday. Overall we did not enjoy anything about this property, or the management and will definitely not be returning.

Dobson Family Vacation

Fantastic Clean Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing family trip with 14 family members. The home was spotless. The two family areas were great for multiple generations. Also the pool area had a teen game room with ps4 and plenty of games. Also a wave ride pool for $30 a day. It was so comfortable there were days we just stayed in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous. Everything was immaculate and the location was great. The clubhouse and pool area was amazing. We found a few ants in the home however they were from the development construction. I called the property management and pets control was there in less than an hour. Florida Spirit Vacation Homes customer service was exceptional and made our vacation stress free. I will definitely use the company for future home rentals.
