Country club home

We had a good stay, nice location. Close to Indian Wells, which was our goal, tennis tournament. Home was very nice and clean, also plenty of space. Nice views from the back patio and golf course.

The house needed some attention as there were a few maintenance issues, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive.

Nice Indio property

We stayed at this property from March 6-10 2019. It was a very nice home, well furnished, on the golf course. We were unable to get the jacuzzi heated and the property manager offered to stop by and assist, but it was not that important to us. Wifi was available with the network name and password written on the back of the router. Would stay here again.

Nice home but gated community issues

Here are the issues we experienced. 1. While listed as three bedrooms, one was really a den without a door and the fold out hida-a-bed was hard as a sheet of plywood. The home is really a two bedroom. 2. Two smoke detectors were missing and two others had battery chirping issues (we bought batteries). 3. Minor other issues with light bulbs out (master), towel bar falling off the wall (master bath) but here is the biggie.... 4. The reason I would not recommend staying in the gated community. The security gate is a mess, it took us as long as an hour to get off the public street (Friday evening) and never less than 30 minutes of sitting in the center lane of the street to get on property to get in...even after we had a scan code. Very frustrating and a total waste of time. Suggest owner provide a gate clicker that would allow entry from an alternate gate...without a gate clicker, never again. 5. On the plus side, the owner was very helpful and suggested several golf courses that we would have missed. Thank you. The HOA needs to fix the access issue, they know about it because when we asked "...is it always this bad", the gate guard said "yes". This is a time waster, a safety issue (we saw more than one car make a dangerous u-turn to get try and get onto the property.

The homeowner would like to share the following: -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors are out of our control, but we're sorry it impacted your stay and experience. The HOA management will be implementing a new security system on the premises, however, we know how frustrating it can be when you cannot access the property. We have requested a transponder and will follow up with the property management to facilitate in hopes of keeping a transponder at the residence to accommodate our future guests -We apologize for the smoke alarm issues you were having during your stay. Yes, we had a low battery issue, nonetheless, as soon as the concern was raised we replaced all the batteries and they are operational. We understand how frustrating it can be when things go wrong during a vacation. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve the problem Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

Great pool and spa!

The pool and spa made this place awesome! Great for a family with teens as we did not watch any TV just swam, putted and played shuffleboard! Although we had a couple of issues arise, Giovanni the manager was quick to respond and remedy! The place is a bit dated and could use some outdoor furniture upgrades.

This is a nice 2 bedroom house. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make it a great stay. The pool and spa were great after a day of golfing. The location in this gated community was nice.

Nice, relaxing and fun to watch golf!

Nice 2 bedroom house with everything you need for a relaxing getaway! Safe location in a gated community. Using the Pool and hot tub was a little tricky at first but the owners were very responsive and helpful. The air conditioner unit is located right outside the master bedroom and was a pretty loud when it turned on which made sleeping an adjustment. Luckily you can make up for it by relaxing by the pool/hot tub and watching golfers.

Indio getaway

The inside of the house was very nice. It was clean and updated.The problem was the backyard pool area. The artificial grass that was there had dead brown weeds growing up all around it. There were also window and door screens laying around. The main problem was the pool. It was green! I contacted the property manager and he said the pool man had been there and he would contact him. For the three days we were there no one came and took care of the problem. So it's the middle of July and we can't even use the pool!! Either get a new property man or the owner should take more responsibilty.

Convienent, well kept home in safe gated community close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and all the valley has to offer. Recommend adding the tennis and golf channels to their cable since it’s on a golf course and tennis is a big acitivity especially during the tournaments !

Nice Home!

We visited Indio for a lacrosse tournament and this location was perfect for us! The property was nice. The outdoor space was our favorite part of the house. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay. The kitchen had a great lay out for preparing food. The bedrooms were comfortable. A few more towels would be helpful. The only downside, no WiFi. Wifi is a necessity (although it gave us an opportunity to lay off electronics). Great location to the pool fields. A great addition or suggestion might be having bikes in the garage (but just a suggestion). We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house with great pool

We loved the place. The house was big with 2 bed 2 baths. We used the kitchen abd it had everything. The living room has a cool shuffle board and a nice fireplace. The best was the pool and heated hot tub overlooking the golf course. There is a pool alarm that we had a hard time figuring out how to disable. Otherwise great place.
