Great location - only 5 mins walk to Orion Beach, a few mins drive to Vincentia shops. Townhouse had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely patio area with a distant view of the bay through the trees. Was advised to either hire or bring own linen, however beds were made up and towels, hand towels and tea towels were provided. One off-street car space is provided however it is smallish and getting in and out is very tight - larger vehicles may not fit.

Comfortable, well equipped property in a good location but definitely in need of some TLC. In particular blinds in the main room and master bedroom had faults and the garden has clearly not had any attention for quite some time. 4 of us still had a good stay because the problems are really aesthetic rather than functional but it’s disappointing because a relatively small amount of effort would move this from a 75% to a 95% property (it wouldn’t reach 100% there is a fair bit of noise from the road at the front).
Main room. Signs on doors ask not to use bifold.
Lower garden, chairs overgrown!

Communication via Stayz

The agent never received the two messages I sent via the Stayz app. I had to call them and use email - which is fine, but a bit confusing i.e. why offer the messaging within the app if it doesn't work?

Great location, house needs a little TLC

House was not as clean as you'd expect but wasn't unreasonably dirty, it really needs a shot of TLC to get it back to what it should be, its a little run down as a result of being a holiday rental. It is however very well equipped. The area and view is spectacular, we had a great time overall. Communications with the estate agency managing the booking was on the poor side to start with but got much better once they saved the correct email address in their systems.

Great Accomodation

The place was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. It is close to everything, just a short drive to shops which was convenient. The BBQ was much smaller than the photos showed which messed with the plans we'd made for a big BBQ feast, but everything else was spot on.

Lovely accommodation a short walk to the beach, and near to Vincentia shops.

Jervis Bay is truly a gorgeous part of the world. We had a great stay and everything we required was supplied (although I couldn’t locate a hairdryer, which is usually pretty standard). It is a very short walk to Orion Beach and other beaches along this beautiful stretch of the coast, and is a walkable distance to the Vincentia shops (about 25 minutes). Having little balconies off each room and the porch downstairs was nice and also meant you could cool the upstairs down with the breeze by opening those up. The place is a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Huskisson - which is also doable by bike. The only negatives were that there is a bit of street noise (traffic) in the bedrooms in the morning and evening and that the pillows could really do with replacing. We couldn’t fit our RAV4 into the garage, due to the storage cage at the back, so we parked on the street.

Very Dirty

We had to bring our own sheets. Not a problem but when we made the beds there was dirt and lots of hair on the mattress covers. the linen throughout we could not use so we had to sleep with multiple layers to keep warm. webs and ants in the entire residence.

Hi Marica, really sorry that you experienced this at the property. We had a new cleaner put on this property, we will now take them off and put a different cleaner on. Our cleaners numbers are on the fridge stating if there is an issue with the cleanliness to call. We also have a 24 hour phone system for you to call which we would of appreciated the chance to rectify whilst you were down.

Perfect place for a holiday

This is a very comfortable townhouse in a great location. It is a great place for a family or group of friends to have a relaxing holiday. It is very close to magnificent beaches, is an easy walk to the shops and close to Huskisson where there are some great cafes and restaurants.
