It s a building with 20 units of studio apartment in it : 8 units on the 1st and 2nd floor and 4 units on the 3rd floor. there s ample parking space for motorbike and car in front of the building as well.

The Rey s Studio Apartment will Comfortably fit 2 people. there s also a cleaning service that comes twice a week. Bed Linens And towel will be provided as well, and my apartement prices do not include costs for the electricity that will you use. For electricity you can buy it yourself according to your needs.

The Studio Apartment is located in Central Seminyak where all cafe s, Supermarket, Gym, restaurant s, Bar s, Spa s, and Shop(traditional market).
You can walk to the beach from the apartment, but it will take between 20 minutes walk. if you use a motorbike, then it will be about 5 minutes at most. transportation is easily accessible here, step to the main road ( Jl, Nakula ), and taxis are aplenty, and car and motorbike rental companies are all readily available. in the area of seminyak there is transportation with the name of the kura-kura bus, located on the Bintang Supermarket , the kura-kura bus can access the route to Kuta, Legian, seminyak, ubud and other places with low prices. I can arrange airport transfer for my Guest as well if needed.
