Why they chose this property
My property is in town only a short walk to the main street but very private and quiet. Rochester is also very central to a lot of towns and events.
What makes this property unique
I have a very large deck fully enclosed for summer and winter l have wood fires inside and out also a fire pit for winter nights. Summer is fully catered for with a spa, heated 10.5 mt pool and a sauna and gym. Beautiful garden setting with many Antiques to brows around.
