Featuring three spacious bedrooms and two contemporary bathrooms, this beautifully appointed home boasts a large, light-filled open-plan living and dining area with soaring ceilings that create a sense of space and tranquility.
Perfect for both summer escapes and cosy winter retreats, the home includes a wood fire ideal for warming up on chilly nights. During the warmer months, enjoy outdoor living with two separate alfresco areas—ideal for entertaining or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere.
The open-plan living space flows seamlessly onto a large deck equipped with a BBQ, outdoor lounge, and TV, all while offering sweeping views from Aireys Lighthouse to the Lorne Pier. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless entertaining, whether you’re hosting family or friends.
Set in a quiet and peaceful location just 200 meters from North Lorne Beach and within walking distance to the town center, Sea Esta is the ultimate coastal getaway, no matter the season.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
