You get the lot here: A balcony, an ocean view, a quiet location and a short stroll to Sandy Gully beach with no major roads to cross! An ideal relaxing family holiday with all the creature comforts.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great Location

Overall was a good place to stay. However the only heating is the fireplace which doesn't make its way down to the bedrooms. The window in the main bedroom doesn't close fully so it is very cold in there. BBQ is very rusty and wasn't left clean. We asked for a portable heater from property manager but they didn't have one to lend.

Great location and good accommodation but lacking some essentials

Great location, minutes walk to beach. Very good living and outdoor areas, good bedrooms and reasonable bathrooms and kitchen. Unfortunately our enjoyment was reduced by the lack of any form of heating apart from the wood stove which is in the upstairs living area, remote from the downstairs bedrooms. Unexpected and unwelcome in a Victorian winter. As it was very cold we froze at night and had to borrow a fan heater from the agents. The property would also have benefitted from giving more consideration to its renters. There were no house instructions apart from rules, Thus, we did not know when we first arrived that there were more logs for burning away from the house, as the wood provided under cover was not sufficient for our stay. We could not get the TV to work as a TV (although we could use it to view DVDs from the attached player). We understood that there is no wifi, but the lack of TV was annoying. In addition, the general quality of appointments in the kitchen and bathroom and the cleanliness were not great. Although we had a good time overall, just a little more thought and attention to detail by the owners would have made us want to return.

The light,the view is magnificent. The location is so quiet and out of the way. Definitely going back!
