Located in popular Kings Beach, this newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment will comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in a queen bed and two king singles.

Take an early morning surf, swim at the patrolled Kings Beach, relax by the pool, or just watch the waves rolling in from your balcony.

Located on the first floor, Linden Terrace is in a secure complex of only 9 units. Features include modern furnishings throughout, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher and laundry facilities. This property also has Wi-Fi,

Parking is a single space in the underground secure carpark (approx 2 metre clearance).

Please note linen is provided however beds are not made due the linen hire company used.

Morning sun on the balcony watching waves

The apartment was perfect for our needs, a very short stroll to the beach, or the Main Street. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. We have donated a hairdryer for future guests. We really enjoyed the sunny balcony overlooking the beach, the apartment was light , clean and comfortable, would love to come back!

Unit was on a larer hill than expected. Not good for oldies

Property alright, clean, apart from windows, but on a steaper hill than we thought. No good for oldies. Also a no through road to beach. This was on a route to beach,which was flat clean & nice but cars all day p;us the 1000's of unitsin the small area it was noisey. WE should have reviewed better

Great location, convenient layout of unit and access to beach. Could do with a vacuume cleaner that works, more laundry powder and a bath mat.

Beach front stay

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful little unit for just under 3 weeks. It has a fresh and modern look. 1min walk to the beach. Go to sleep listening to the sound of the waves. Close to supermarkets and cafes etc The only fault we found is the queen bed is hard and springy but sleep-able for the short term.
