About this property

This property is in the perfect position only walking distance to both Dicky and Moffat Beach, and the shops. It is fantastically set out for families and well equipped for a relaxing holiday!

The lower level has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with table and chairs, and lounge room with 80cm Tv, Dvd player and stereo. One bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom with one Queen & single bed, and the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. There are full laundry facilities, toilet and separate shower.

The upper level has a lounge room with 51cm Smart Tv and Dvd player. Main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. Large deck off lounge area with outdoor sitting and barbeque. There is also a double lock-up garage.

Please note the air conditioning is only in the upstairs living area and the 2 back bedrooms downstairs.

Linen is included . Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

Great house!

Lovely fit-out inside, spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient location, comfortably cool on hotter days (great breezes & fans), heater options available for cooler days (may need extra blankets though). Accom Caloundra / Henzells response prompt & polite when items not working; fixed promptly too. Thank you for making this available for holiday rental!

We were impressed

We had three nights here with 2 families and it was perfect. Easy walk to Dicky beach shops, beaches, parks. The house was big and the rooms spread out so we had one end of the house each.

Great holiday house

Excellent location, only 5 min walk to Dicky Beach, 10min walk to Moffat Beach. Lots of room, great laundry & kitchen facilities. House can be cool in the mornings as not a lot of natural light in am, but overall very happy with our stay. Good for kids
