About this property

Moffat Escape - Dog friendly holiday house

Dog-friendly accommodation (up to 2 dogs) and right in the hub of all that Moffat Beach and Kings Beach have to offer.

2 minute drive to popular Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelley Beach and city centre - so central to everything.
10 minute walk if that's what you prefer to Kings Beach, Moffat Beach and Shelley Beach.

You will have the entire property to yourself.
Moffat Escape is located in a quiet neighbourhoood and it is imperative that all guests respect the location and our neighbours. No noise after 10pm

STRICTLY NO PARTIES
NO SCHOOLIES

To relax on your break, there are 2 living areas - a small reading nook and a lounge room. The lounge room has a smart TV capapble of connecting to your streaming accounts like Netflix.

There is wifi provided.

There are 2 airconditioning units, one to service the main living/dining/kitchen area, the other is in the main bedroom.

There are ceiling fans in main bedroom and second bedroom and living/dining areas.

There will be a small starter pack of pantry essentials (cooking spray, salt, pepper, paper towels, tea, coffee and coffee pods) provided.

Dishwashing essentials provided

There is a hand towel, face washer and bath mat provided for each bathroom. Body wash is also provided in each shower. There is a bathtub in the main bathroom. Starter toilet paper provided - enough for a weeked. Longer stays will need to provide extra rolls.

There is a clothes dryer in the garage. Please clean the lint filter after use.

The yard is fully fenced for your fur-babies. We are allowed 2 dogs at Moffat Escape. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside as well, but please never on the furniture or beds.

Please ensure all dog faeces is picked up, bagged and disposed of upon departure.

This is a spacious home close to everything Moffat Beach has to offer. We walked with the pooches to the beach (a few gentle inclines though so that might be something for you to consider if you want to walk ). Very quiet little neighbourhood.

A lovely, large home - perfect for a family on a beach holiday. The house was very clean, well-appointed with everything we needed. It was in a quiet street with a very short drive to various beaches and shops. It also had a great yard for our pooch…which he loved!

Beautiful modern home, walking distance from beach. The house has everything a family could ever need. This was the first holiday we have been able to take with our dog which made it so much more enjoyable. Check in and check out was so simple. We loved it. 5 stars!

Lovely home and location

We stayed for three weeks with our dogs and loved the house and location from the beach. The house was clean, well equipped and quiet. We were able to walk to the beach each day and enjoy the cafe’s for lunch. Highly recommend this beautiful house.
