The Space: Spend your holiday in the picture-perfect paradise that is known as Dicky Beach. Located just steps from the dunes of Dicky Beach, this modern and marvellous property is sure to be your very next home-away-from-home. Soak up the sea breezes that drift through the open-plan living and dining area while your children make use of the whimsical hideaway loft that is filled with toys and games. Sleeping six guests in total, the town-house features three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. A short stroll from the home will take you directly to the golden sands of Dicky Beach where sun, surf and salt is the order of the day.
As you enter, you will be greeted by the sun-lit living, dining and kitchen area that is open and spacious. This space is situated on the middle level of the home. Spread across three levels, the first level of the townhouse takes you to the patio and lush garden full of bright flowers. Featuring an alfresco dining area and barbecue which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the main living space, this patio is perfect for people and pets to enjoy alike. Bask in the beauty of the outdoors and host a barbecue while your children and pets play in the grassy backyard that is fully-fenced. Back on the middle level you will find two bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a beautiful balcony equipped with a sun umbrella on this level. This spot is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail surrounded by the sights, sounds and scenes of Dicky Beach. Take the spiral staircase to the second level of the property that contains the lovely loft, a children's playroom/entertainment room and another bathroom. Styled to perfection, this loft space is perfect for kids or adults alike who prefer some privacy. The space features two single beds and the entertainment area is complete with a comfortable couch and shelves filled with toys and games. The bathroom pertaining to this level contains a toilet, sink and shower.

The Neighborhood: Nestled beyond the dunes of Dicky Beach, this dog-friendly townhouse is just steps from the sand and the sea. The townhouse is one block from the famous Dicky Beach and Surf Club. Explore the area on foot, or take a bike around and visit all of Caloundra’s best beaches; all are within minutes of each other. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the Caloundra area, and a wide range of coastal activities available. Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, and so many great restaurants too. Take a 30 minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park. The Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
Getting Around: Easy walk to the beach and the surf club as well as local shops, restaurants and cafes. Caloundra is five minutes away by car. The Caloundra bus station is on Bulcock street and the closest bus stop to the house is on Cooroy St. Ride-share services are also available.
Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Access to the home is via one set of stairs to the front entrance.
*Please note there is a spiral staircase at this property to access the upstairs loft bedroom with 2 single beds. This staircase also takes you to the garden and patio. Please keep this in mind if you are staying with elderly people or children.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, beach and surf club - parked the car and didn’t use it for our stay. Good communication from hosts. Well appointed kitchen, had everything we needed.Pet friendly but be aware grassed area is down a set of narrow spiral stairs which our dog wouldn’t go near.
Wonderful spacious apartment, in an excellent location walking distance to Dicky Beach and shops, and the dog beach. Very helpful host.

Location was amazing walking distance to beach, shops and the surf club that have delicious meals. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed. It was hard to leave.

this is a great property and an awesome location. The only issue we had was that the back spiral staircase was really tight and our dog wouldn’t go down it so we had to take them around the side gate to jump through a hole in the fence to get in the backyard. Lucky our dog could jump through the hole. The place itself is great, kitchen is well appointed and its so close to everything.

Well appointed spacious townhouse. Easy access down the road to the beach, surf club as well as local restaurants. Communication was great with the hosts Mel and Ver. Little touches made the difference like having enough toiletries and kitchen essentials. We will definitely book again! Thanks for having us.
Very close to the beach and Life savers club. Dog beaches very close too. Some nice cafes within walking distance. House was clean, bright, with everything you could need for a stay! Had a fantastic time 😁

Had a wonderful family holiday here. Such a great location close to the surf club, cafes and the beach and bike tracks. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kids play room was great too! Pet friendly as well; it ticked all the boxes for us. Hope we can stay again in the future!

We had a great stay here. The house is very comfortable, neat and well equipped. There's a lovely yard, balcony and comfy beds and great hints of places to eat in the info booklet. We truly couldn't have asked for more.The location is awesome (1min walk to patrolled beach), we loved getting up to watch the sunrise - a highlight! Less than a min to the surf lifesaving club and a very short walk to cafes, supermarket...The hosts are great communicators, we were kept up to date with checking in and so on.Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Very well setup. Everything you need except food is provided.
Overall it was great. Steps up to the front door weren't easy and it wasn't possible for our dog to get down the narrow spiral staircase to the back yard so every time he needed to go out we had to get suitably dressed (it was often raining) and get him into his harness to take him down the front steps to go for a walk.

the apartment overall is spacious and nice decor. Has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. What's missing is the fact it's 2 flights of stairs to the front door and a very small tight spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs yard that is totally unsuitable for dogs to navigate by themselves. These stairs are not mentioned in the listing.

Thank you for your feedback Christine. The listing has the option ticked 'must use stairs'. We also mention in the listing here; "Take the spiral staircase to the second level bedroom." And also; "the backyard & bbq area is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living space". I'm not sure we can elaborate any further on this but it's definitely as clear as it can be that the home is stair access and has no lift access. Sorry Christine if you missed this on this listing when booking.
{property was immaculate and well laid out with enough mod cons and kitchen utensils to satisfy all. Very close to the beach and a stone throw to the surf club, what more do you need.
communication with owners was easy and instantaneous and the minor problem we had was rectified immediately.
Overall a big thumbs up. Well done.
