This villa is set half way between Moffat Beach and Kings Beach. A 10 minute stroll and you will be digging your toes into the sand. There is a local coffee shop 5 minutes away at Shelly Beach.  Kings Beach has the patrolled beach and also a salt water public pool, water fountains and many restaurants. While Moffat Beach is known for its café precinct and award winning Boutique brewery.

This 3 bedroom walk up Villa, has just been painted and had a mini renovation to make if feel fresh and homely.  It has an open plan living dining and kitchen area with a veranda off the lounge.  Here is where you will spend your afternoons sitting sipping wine and grilling a steak on the BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and Air Con.  The 2 other bedrooms have standard fans.

Happy with the property which has been given a make-over recently. Big lounge and kitchen.Would be excellent if the rear windows were overhauled. Wonderful, affordable villa

This was a lovely and affordable stay in a good location, a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is well-maintained and had some lovely touches in the welcome pack. We did have some issues with ants and the keys getting stuck in the lock, but these were relatively minor.

Christmas Break

From booking to checkout everything was seamless and as advertised. The property is in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance of several beaches (Kings beach was our favorite, be sure to check out Mets lifesavers club). The property had everything needed for a stay as long as you want, we could have 'survived' there for months quite happily. It is spacious, bright and comfortable. The highlight for us was sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the flying foxes come out. 10/10 would visit again.

Awesome place to stay loved it

Great location, loved the open living, walking distance to places to eat, play ground bbq areas and the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. The weather during our stay was pouring down with rain but there was a lot to at the villa, my boys loved basketball ring outside, the many board games around the place to keep them occupied as they didn't want to go outside whilst it was raining, loved been able to bbq on the veranda sipping on the glass of wine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay in the near future
