The first 8 weeks will be extremely noisy, then there will be noise, dust/dirt and the usually construction noise during the day and possible weekends. * Call the office to see what deals may be available*

Just a stones throw from the resort you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking Pumicestone Passage.

Breakfree Grand Pacific Resort boast great facilities for you and your family to indulge - a lagoon style pool, sauna, spa, gymnasium and a games room.

The ground floor unit enjoys a location right next to the pool, perfect for holiday with the kids. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony.

Great location, beautiful views. Close to town and restaurants. Lovely pool and gardens. Unfortunately front deck gets the hot afternoon sun. You need A/C to keep apartment cool in the afternoons. A/C broke down during our stay :( but I would still recommend this apartment.

Great view, tidy unit, close to everything. Don’t rely on the air conditioning though one bedroom was not air conditioned and the living area was hot even with it on. Would be great place any other time of year just not in the middle of summer.

Wonderful location

Had a great holiday in November and have booked already for next year. Great pool and close to shops and great restaurants.The only downside were the couches in the lounge that the springs had gone in. Looking forward to coming back next year. T MCLean Victoria
