Relax in this newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground level unit with the option of a queen-sized murphy bed in the living area or have it folded away for a well-appointed living room with a flat-screen TV. Unwind on the patio in warm summer evenings.

COMPLEX: NORTHSTAR
Nestled in a quiet corner of Whistler village the Northstar complex is just a two-minute walk to a marketplace with a grocery store, a deli, drug store, liquor store, cafes and much more. The Northstar complex gives you access to a large pool and hot tub. You are a short walk to the lifts on Whistler Mountain or hop on the free marketplace shuttle to both mountains.

LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH
Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centered around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of the main Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

DOG FRIENDLY
Dogs are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Cats are not permitted due to allergies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.

Love this space!

We have stayed here several times and it is our go to for Whistler. Everything we need and convenient location to everything Whistler has to offer!

Property exactly as shown/described, and has everything you will need. Property is run by a management company who are super-responsive to enquiries and requests and have people located nearby who can help and bring you anything else you may need that is not already at the property. Overall it's a great setup and very professional - definitely recommended.

Great location and property

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this unit and the first time since it has been remodeled and changed ownership. The remodel is lovely; the place feels calming and updated. The condo was very clean except for the toilet which was strangely very dirty. I would say the check in and check out process was a bit annoying as the rental agency makes you do a separate check in/out through their website/app which just adds more steps. Annoying but not time consuming. Also, if your car is over 6ft 7 in, it will not fit in the garage and you have to park offsite and pay. We had a Jeep with a rocket box on top and it didn’t fit. I asked them to update the website to let others know. Otherwise the property was great, well equipped and the location is awesome! An easy walk or bus ride to the lifts.
