The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, & smart TV. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, the loft overlooking the living room has twin beds & a half bathroom. This unit provides all the comforts.

Shared laundry and secure ski/snowboard and bike storage are available. The underground parkade has two level-2 EV Charging Stations (C$1.50/hour).
