The two bedroom, 2 bathroom residences are attractively decorated, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork, polished pine floors and comfortable furniture. All suites have an expansive deck and are just steps away from the sand.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will channel your inner chef.

This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

Great location, well maintained property

We stayed at Mainsail with our two kids (10 & 8). Our unit was spacious and clean. Pool is nice, large, and clean. Fantastic & direct access to the beach including beach chairs. There's a bunch of pool/beach toys for kids' use. Cental location in AMI. Just a few mins to Pine Ave or to Publix. My only note is that while the kitchens have the basics (plates, glasses, cutlery, a few pans) - they are pretty sparse. If you plan to cook, you'll need to buy everything. But overall, we had a fantastic time and plan to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we really loved our stay. The condo was really clean with a great location. Matt was always around for help when needed and we felt very secure. Really the only complaint was the TV is small and older (not a smart tv) and we typically enjoy movies, Neflix etc in the evenings which we werent able to do.
