INSTANT RELAXATION - This beautiful, updated condo that sleeps 2 guests maximum with one queen bed is just steps away from relaxing lake and pool adventures. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
This is a great place to stay to enjoy the lake and the beautiful scenery that Farr Shores condo community has to offer.

Farr Shores is just 8 minutes away from the convenience and amenities of the exciting historic Hot Springs but also just far enough away from town to enjoy that outdoorsy, secluded feeling. From the boardwalk, you can fish or swim, or take a evening walk and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets the lake has to offer. Additionally, the famous and beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens is just around the bend(3 miles).

This is a very clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy the amazing view on the best part of Lake Hamilton.
The condo has all the amenities you will need. Just bring your personal items, food and beverages!

Note: The Lake Authority does an annual draw down on the lake from November until March which, depending on the amount they draw down, may affect the water being all the way to the boardwalk. There will still be a water view regardless.

1 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront condo. Upstairs about 10 steps. It has one queen size bed. New Deck has a comfortable table, chairs, and a electric grill to enjoy and dine while enjoying the lake view. Note: This condo does not have window coverings in the den area to allow guests to enjoy the panoramic lake view. This condo is in the building located close to the swimming pool. ***NON-SMOKING (NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON PORCH ***NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to the pet allergies of the owner while staying in their unit, SUPPORT animals are not allowed. ***NO GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED. CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 a.m. Security surveillance devices are onsite and monitor the outside areas of the front and back doors only.

Lewis stay at the Laie

This stay was pretty nice . My wife and I enjoyed the view of the lake. The only complaint we had amongst each other was the quiet hours rule , but overall everything was spectacular.

Beautiful Views!

We needed a weekend away, and totally enjoyed this Hot Springs area condo. The views of Lake Hamilton are amazing, and the property was clean and nice.

Beautiful little lake spot

Clean, cozy, and excellent location near Garven Gardens. Kitchen is well stocked. Perfect spot for a couple. Hosts were kind and understanding.

Amazing condo

The pictures dont even begin to do it justice. The view from the patio is breathtaking. The home was super clean and owners had so many small necessities to use to cook, blow dryer in the bathroom, and plenty of extra towels, sheets and pillows. Bed was comfortable as well. Location is perfect. About 15-20 min from downtown so it was close but not in the crowded area. Communication from owners were great. Gave me lots of suggestions for activities in town. Will definitely stay again!

This property is so beautiful and relaxing! We enjoyed relaxing watching the boats and geese. Lots do just 20 minutes away! We will be back again!

Very clean rental nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty. The unit has been maintained to very high cleaning standards. Floor to ceiling windows frame a beautiful vista of Lake Hamilton while being secluded away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All in all, a very pleasant experience

The view is amazing!

We absolutely loved the view from the condo. The condo is right next to the pool. It was a peaceful oasis. However there were some cobwebs and bugs. They only gave us one roll of toilet tissue and the sliding door to the deck had issues. The owner Dan was great to communicate with. They asked us to sign a contract and for our DL prior to accepting us as guest. I have rented million dollar houses on here and they never asked for that. Nonetheless I do appreciate the stay. The view was stunning especially at sunrise and sunset.

Lake Hamilton Eclipse

Quiet location. Nice condo with a wonderful view. Kitchen is very small but you can see that from the pictures so it wasn’t a surpise.

Tranquil and Relaxing

A resist visit to the Hot Springs area for a family wedding brought us to this very nice condo. It was super clean and well organized. We loved the view of the lake from the balcony. We hope to come back some time to enjoy spending time on the lake .

Relaxing Getaway on Lake Hamilton

The condo was clean and well organized. Parking and check-in were a breeze. Communication with owners thru the app was easy and timely. The listing reflected the property accurately and you feel like you're looking out of a cabin on a cruise ship at the water. I thought I read in a previous review that someone had an issue with getting local TV channels but we had no problems and it appears the bedroom TV had been upgraded since the photos on the listing were taken. This property is a bit of a drive from downtown Hot Springs, but we picked up some breakfast food and snacks so it worked out fine. There's a Dollar General nearby and also a decent restaurant called the Filling Station. Overall we had a great stay!

This is an upper level unit with balcony right on Lake Hamilton, the "true" lake, not just a small stream off the lake. Great views, sunsets, walkways along the waterfront, and geese. The condo was very nice. Appreciate the easy and safe entry system and parking.

This place is beautiful and was described accurately. It was about 20 min drive from downtown Hot Springs. The window view of the lake was breathtaking. The rental is very close to Garvan Woodland Gardens. Over all I loved this place and will definitely book again!

The condo and its balcony was very clean, cozy, and very peaceful. The view is beautiful. We saw 3 bald eagles and lots of water fowl. It was a great place to relax. The owners are very quick to respond. It would be a blessing to stay here again.

Van Winkles weekend

We enjoyed our stay! As parents we were very well in need of this and it couldn’t have been better. A beautiful lake and the surroundings very well maintained and clean. The apartment was up to date with an awesome view anytime if day. I’m sure we’ll be back!….., Only take away is we had less than a half a bottle of complimentary mini shampoo, which made us think the cleaning person and or the one responsible for refilling might be slacking a little…., other than that,,, great! Great stay!
