CASA RAZOAVEL

LOCAL BONZINHO, A CASA É BOA, MAS ,DEVERIA TER MAIS CONFORTO PELO VALOR PEDIDO, NÃO TEM SOFÁ NA SALA O QUE TORNA MUITO DESCONFORTÁVEL, MUITO INSETO NO LOCAL, FALTA DETETIZAÇÃO ADEQUADA , ÁGUA DE POÇO BARRENTA MANCHA AS ROUPAS SE TIVESSE NO ANUNCIO QUE NÃO TINHA AGUA ENCANADA, EU NÃO TERIA LOCADO. CHUVEIRO DE UM DOS BANHEIROS ESTAVA SEM FUNCIONAR RECLAMAMOS NO PRIMEIRO DIA E A DONA DISSE QUE IRIA MANDAR ARRUMAR E NÃO MANDOU, FICAMOS 10 DIAS NO LOCAL COM UM CHUVEIRO SÓ FUNCIONANDO, CADEIRAS SEM MANUTENÇÃO ADEQUADA, UMA QUEBROU COM MEU ESPOSO E SÓ NÃO FOI GRAVE POR SORTE, PROPRIETÁRIA NEM SE INCOMODOU APENAS INDICOU UM POSTO DE SAÚDE, NÃO MANDOU NEM VERIFICAR AS CONDIÇÕES DAS OUTRAS , SO DISSE N QUE NÃO ERA PARA USAR DENTRO DE CASA EM PISO LISO POR SER CADEIRA DE PLÁSTICO, MAS .... ESSAS CADEIRAS TEM EM QUALQUER LANCHONETE DE PISO LISO..... ENTÃO SEM COMENTÁRIO. OUTRO PONTO BEM INCONVENIENTE É UM CASEIRO QUE TODO DIA QUERIA AGUAR AS PLANTAS , TIRANDO A PRIVACIDADE DAS HOSPEDES, LEVEI MEUS CACHORROS E TINHA QUE FICAR PRENDENDO, PORQUE FICAVA TUDO MOLHADO ENCHARCADO, ATÉ DIA DE CHUVA ELE APARECEU ! NÃO VOLTARIA NA CASA , MARICÁ É UM LUGAR BOM .
