Beach house with 5 bedrooms (1 suite), 3 bathrooms in the private internal area, another in the living room and 2 more in the sauna space. Prime location on the famous Cumbuco Beach, next to Pousada Kite Cabana (kitesurf). Right in front of the sea. Large lawn, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and barbecue. Accommodates 3 families well. Couple of caretakers available to help with household chores (R $ 100 / day).
