Aria Ocean

This is our third stay at the Aria Ocean. We love the location of this property for walking distance to Bucerius and Mega ( 30 - 40 min, ). This studio is on the fifth fl. with a great view of the ocean. The unit is clean with a good bed and nice sized TV. The internet connection was strong. The kitchenette provides all the basics for food prep. A nice sized fridge. Seating for the kitchen table and outdoors was not ideal. A coffee table or side table would have been nice. Yvonne was responsive to our query's.

Very basic with a good view

We loved our view. The studio looks somewhat renovated but still slightly rough. The toilet tank overflowed even after the cleaner tried to fix it. The shower door wouldnt stay closed letting water flood out across the bathroom. The condo was tidy but my pillowcase was very obviously unwashed and dirty. The amenities listed as toaster, grill and oven were rolled into one small "Toaster Oven". There was just enough dishes and utensils to get by but nothing extra like salt and pepper, plastic wrap,dish soap etc. Had to ask for toilet paper because two very small rolls couldn't possibility be stretched over a weeks stay. Our host replied promptly to most inquiries before we stayed. This survey wont even show what Im rating because the words disappear over the stars. Still gave my honest rating as well as I could.

Aria Ocean Holiday

The studio suite was very nice and clean. Trying to meet with the cleaning person to let us in was a bit of a process. We were to meet her at a certain time and she was not there and nobody could contact her. When we found her, she was extremely nice and obliging. Because it is Mexico, things do not always get done. The bathroom fan and the patio light did not work. We told her but nothing was done. The entire complex was lovely and clean and staff very friendly. A good location for the bus and groceries.
