All bedrooms are fully furnished. Master bedroom includes full bathroom, large television (with DVD), plenty closet space, king size bed, AC, fan, dresser with mirror and recently added balcony with ocean views. Second bedroom includes queen size bed, dresser/mirror, AC, ceiling fan and large window. Third bedroom includes two twin sized beds with dresser and mirror, AC, ceiling fan, and also large window with roof access. Full bathroom is situated in the middle of the three bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen includes full table, counter space with stools for sitting and dining, appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, washer and dryer, gas bbq grill, complete dinnerware, blender, coffeemaker, etc. Living room space includes furnished couches, large television 55 inch, Blu-Ray/DVD, stereo, library of movies available for guests, 3 fans, AC, and a drinking water cooler with hot and warm water. A half restroom is located near the front door and living room of first story. Patio area includes tile floor with chair and table for dining also an umbrella to keep under the shade.

Jose grew up in the Mexican state of Jalisco and has traveled the American Continent but has found his state of mind in Bucerias, Nayarit. He welcomes his home to fellow travelers and hopes they find the peace and tranquility in the area just as he has.
Why they chose this property
When it came to finding the real estate for Jose to retire at, it was not easy. Many beach towns he visited did not offer the security that Los Amores did. One can find peace of mind knowing that the community that you are staying in is constantly under surveillance and the people living in the community of Bucerias offer a warm welcome to newcomers of the town. The area itself is not as populated as the major city located to the south. However, when one wants to leave the simple yet culturally colorful town, more diversity can be found 15 minutes away in the city of Puerto Vallarta.
What makes this property unique
Some unique benefits that the home has to offer would be the master bedroom balcony which has recently been added (not even a year old yet!), the patio dining area, and the pool area. All three of these areas offer great tranquil views of the ocean and the beautiful sounds they have to offer. At night if one wants to relax it is easy to do so because the nights are calm with the diversity of sounds from the insects and animals of the area. Another great benefit from the pool area is that it includes a club house where you can relax, grill up some meat for a BBQ, or just lay and read a book in the sun or shade.
