Maine Getaway 1.5 miles from Wells Beach
Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private Flat with its own entrance, and full bathroom. High-Speed WiFi and AC/Heat. Comfortable Queen-sized bed with bedding linens, towels, fridge, iron, blow dryer, first aid kit, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)
The Flat and it's private full bathroom have a private entrance. Has a Queen sized bed and that's clean and refreshing. There is a full refrigerator. This unit is in the basement.
There is no cleaning fee so I highly encourage guests if they are able to follow the easy 3 step check out procedure to help expedite turn overs so that guests can quickly check in after you.
Due to parking space limitations, if you bring more than one car, then please park your cars in back of each other instead of taking another parking space.
