Finikoudes Beach ( blue flag award ) and his Sea front Promenade which is considered one of the most cosmopolitan areas in cyprus are just 5 min by walk. The apartment has been renovated to very high standards and it s comfortable above expectations. It has a huge living room including a dining table for six, two well appointed bedroom with plenty of storage and sea view from each one, a large eat-in kitchen which features brand new appliances including washing machine, cooker, large size refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, etc.

Beautiful 2 bedroom sea view apartment of 90sq m, all amenities including , washing machine, big fridge, cooker, oven, microwave etc. There is a bathtub, its fully air-conditioned, full speed internet , beach restaurants,nightlife, museums.

We will always be available to make sure that our guest have a pleasant stay. We can speak fluent English ,French,Spanish and elementary Greek and Russian. Been living on that beautiful island about 10 years so feel free to ask any tips or help about your trip.

If you are a family with kids and need those items, we can provide free of charge a baby cot, high chair.
We do provide one set of towels (to use in the apartment only) and bed linen per person and there is an iron and a hair dryer in the apartment as well. Please note that electricity up to 10 kWh per day is included. Further consumption will be charged extra (0,30 EUR / kWh) . A deposit of 150 euros should be paid in cash at arrival to cover electricity excess and excessive cleaning.
