The stylish kitchen complete with polished concrete floors and wooden bench top is equipped with all the necessary mod cons: gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, and stainless steel dishwasher and fridge, ensuring your stay is effortless.

The open plan kitchen overflows onto a large, cosy lounge room where the entire family can spend quality time together, watching TV and drinking hot chocolate in front of the warm, combustion fireplace.

Outside entertaining is made easy with an undercover dining area fitted with a BBQ, and wooden table and chairs. A fire pit rests near by, which is ideal for kids to toast marshmallows in the winter and adults to unwind over a glass of red.

With Harley Hill just behind the cottage - adventure awaits! Grab your gumboots and get ready to explore the bush track, where a 25-minute walk will gift you with sensational views of the Shoalhaven. Access to the popular Broughton Creek is also a stones throw away, and a perfect picnic spot. Or hop in the car and be at Gerroa Beach in approximately 8 minutes.

As it is a working cattle farm, there are two other residential lodgings located on the property, with the owners respecting your privacy and space at all times during your stay.

This rural property is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the township of Berry, giving you limitless opportunities to feast at the many cafes, explore the world-class wineries or splash about at the unspoilt beaches that this area is famous for.
