This townhouse is perfect for families, featuring 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, renovated kitchen and bathrooms and the ideal balcony to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean vista.
208 Marine Parade is split over 2 levels with the lower level featuring 3 bedrooms - two with queen beds and the third bedroom with 2 king single beds, all with ceiling fans.
There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms (master with ensuite) and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There is also a private grassy courtyard, and heaps of storage space for surfboards, pool toys and everything you could need for a great beach holiday!
The upper level features a relaxed and comfortable living area, including spacious loungeroom with two separate seating areas. Relax with a book, or watch a movie on the smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi provided.
The renovated kitchen includes everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, and meals can be shared at the indoor dining table or alfresco on the entertaining deck which offers spectacular ocean views!
Upstairs, there's also the fourth bedroom with queen bed and a separate powder room.
Guests staying at 208 Marine have access to the Carool swimming pool, so you can enjoy dips in the ocean and the pool during your stay!
208 Marine Parade is located in a small and exclusive complex with secure uncover parking for 2 cars (tandem). You can't beat the location - right across the road from the golden sands of Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks, this is sure to become a family favourie!

* Electric bikes and scooters are not permitted at this property, including outside and all common areas. Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property, including in the basement garage.
Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay, the house is well equipped and in such a great location. We loved the ocean views and breezes. Will be back for sure!
This is a great unit for a family. It is so close to the beach and within walking distance to coffee shops, clubs and playgrounds
The layout suited us so well with grandparents and 2 families with toddlers.

Excellent location, house very well designed, 6 adults 3 children. No WiFi was a bit of an issue and no air/c, upstairs maybe a little uncomfortable in extreme heat.Very well equipped. Would definitely book again.

Amazing property - perfect location and awesome space for families. Beautifully presented, well fitted out with everything you need. Unfortunately, there was major construction going on right next door which made for early mornings 6 days a week (6:30am) so if you like to sleep in on holiday this is not ideal. Also no wifi which was a shame.

Fantastic house and location!
We had such a great stay. As a Family with 3 young boys, we had everything we needed! Beach directly across the street, could easily hose off surf boards, and beach gear in our front courtyard.
Great views, looking out over water as the sun set!
Kitchen very well equipped. Lounge area very large with 2 relaxing seating areas. All beds were very comfortable.
No air conditioning. So it did get warm in the kitchen/living area just in the middle of the day. But otherwise the fans all throughout kept us cool enough.
Fantastic stay, we will be back! Love rainbow bay and surrounds.
