Come and enjoy the views, large south facing deck, and fully upgraded large 1100 sq/ft two bedroom home just steps from the Super B high speed six person lift and the copper mountain tubing hill! The views, easy access, and top end finishes make a fantastic base camp! Hickory doors and trim throughout, with granite counters, a stacked stone fireplace, granite breakfast bar, river stone shower floor, and fine finishes. After a day of golf or skiing, enjoy a glass of wine and relax on the patio to watch the aplenglow on the Sky Chutes.

Leather sofa, two leather chairs, quality beds, and other quality appointments are found throughout. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of storage. Stacked stone gas fireplace and a large patio to enjoy the views.
You will have ample storage space for your gear in the unit and the ski/golf closet just outside your door. Easy parking for two vehicles. Elevator the laundry room are around the corner on your floor. Common outdoor hot tub is located on the golf course side of the building with views of Vail Pass.

Centrally located in the East Village, you are close to fine dining, entertainment and numerous shops. Do not miss après ski entertainment right next door in JJ’s Restaurant.

The free Summit Stage and Copper Shuttle are just steps outside the front door to connect you with all the fun that Copper Mountain and Summit County have to offer.

If you prefer the summer months, the golf course is just steps from the unit. You are also close to hiking, biking, fishing and many other fun activities. If you have not been to Summit County in the summer, you really should try it!

Master Bedroom one has a King bed with private master bath that includes a river stone shower floor and granite counters, full size dresser, night stand, and closet.

Bedroom two has a Queen bed with an twin trundle underneath, full size dresser, night stand, and closet, with a fully upgraded bathroom that includes a tub and shower.

The over sized living area also has a pull out queen sofa bed.

The large foyer has a long bench to sit and take off your gear. There are also multiple hooks to hang coats, gloves, helmets, etc.

Great condo in an amazing location! Very cozy space with comfortable furniture which was great after a day of skiing. Extremely easy walk to the lift. Close enough that we came back to the condo and had lunch most days. Greg is a very responsive and gracious host! I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Peregrine was amazing! The location was super easy walking distance to Super Bee lift. The beds, kitchen, bathrooms, and condo amenities were in excellent condition and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We had one issue while there that Gregg dealt with promptly and was very easy to work with.

Literally a home away from home-had everything! Awesome variety of boardgames, cozy fireplace, nice assortment of small kitchen appliances and grill to chef at home, killer location to catch the bus or lift! Five stars for Greg too-responded timely and a great host.

The condo was very nice - nicely appointed and very comfortable. The hosts were great. The bldg is a little old - both the elevator and the stairs have some issues - but nothing that interfered with our stay.

Thank you for you feedback. The Elevator was replaced this fall and the finishing touches on the door and flooring are to be completed soon. Not sure what issues there could be with the stairs? Peregrine is a very well maintained concrete construction building. This makes it much quieter and private than wood construction buildings in the area.

Nice condo is a 3 min walk to SuperBee Lift. After we found the luggage carts and elevator things got a bit easier :) Nicely appointed kitchen and extras such as DVD's and games. Comfortable and clean.

Great location at Copper Mountain

Very nice, updated condo at Copper Mountain at a very convenient location. The condo is located in East Village which mainly has black runs. There is a free shuttle to West Village which is where the ski school and green runs are located. The shuttle picks up across the street every few minutes. The condo interior has been updated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This place is in the East Village and is approximately a 5-10 min walk to the Super Bee Lift. It is a little difficult to walk with your ski boots, but doable. They condo was well equipped with just about anything you need for cooking in. They only have one tv that airs live shows, the others have Roku, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Defiantly a good place to stay!!!

Long Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I spent last weekend in this lovely condo at Peregrine in Copper Mountain. We arrived after dark and were delighted to open the curtains in the morning to a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains. The balcony offered the perfect setting for sipping morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms charming. The kitchen was well equipped. Peregrine offers easy access to -70 as well as HWY 91. In short, we enjoyed the perfect weekend in Colorado!

Nicely remodeled condo close to everything in Copper! Great place to stay!

My family just stayed here in the summer. It is perfect from a location standpoint. Close to ski rental, lifts and restaurants (a 30 second walk at most). Still secluded enough not to be noisy. The condo itself has been remodeled and looks brand new on the inside. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a great deck with a view of the mountains. The living room is plenty large and had great leather furniture and a huge Sony TV. The bedrooms were great with nice linens and pillows. The bathroom in the master has a great shower to relax in at the end of a long day. Overall, we had a great time here and would stay again anytime. Greg was great to work with and went out of his way to make our trip special.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this condo. No expense was spared in the renovation. Furniture/bedding/appliances are all high end. The view of the mountain is amazing. My son loved watching the snowcat work the slopes every night. Wish we would have booked an additional week. Superbee lift is around 150 yards from the condo and the evenings at East village are family friendly.
