Beautifully presented 6 bedroom home situated on a large block only two streets away from the Murray River. Perfect for the family ski holiday with boat ramp and reserve 1.5 km away, or even a racing team setup with a double driveway with space for a number of cars, boats and/or trailers. The new Motorsport Park is only a 15 minute drive away how much closer could you be.
Built in 2016 the home is located in a quiet street with contemporary fittings, finishes and décor with three toilets, powder room and one main bathroom with a double shower.
With reverse cycled ducted air conditioning throughout the house ensuring you stay cool in summer and warm in winter assisting in you feeling at home straight away.
The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, separate filtered tap, microwave and butlers pantry. With a large living area which leads out to the outdoor patio through bi-fold doors your entertaining area becomes doubled in size. With an undercover patio with LED lighting, BBQ and outdoor setting just sit back and enjoy the wildlife, beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
This spacious home comfortably sleeps 15 guests with 6 Bedrooms and a couch that converts into a queen accommodating a further 2 guests.

Family holiday

Great property for our family. We were particularly pleased that the property was quite clean, which saved us some time not having to clean the place as we have a infant who crawls around. Thank you for pleasant stay. We will be looking at booking for next year again.

Great space for a large group of people. Plenty of bedrooms allowed for us to have separate rooms. Big front deck with enough chairs and cafe blinds made for an enjoyable place to spend the evenings (bring lots of repellant). Would recommend.
