Our beautiful cottage has a wonderful view of the ocean and is tastefully decorated.We welcome you to our exquisite, oceanfront boutique cottages in the most stunning location in the heart of Gros Morne National Park. We are located near all local restaurants, shops and entertainment venues for your convenience. You can enjoy spectacular ocean views of Bonne Bay, and Lobster Head Lighthouse, straight from your window. Our cottages have a wonderful view of Gros Morne Mountain and direct access to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and be engulfed an the spectacular sunsets.

The space

Five beautifully furnished cottages set on the edge of the ocean. Just minutes from downtown, this secluded property is a retreat like no other. The cottages provide an intimate, simple and restful retreat for 2 people, with an option for 1 additional guest upon request.


The cottages are designed to be cozy and peaceful. We wanted to create an atmosphere that will allow you to rest and relax on your stay in Gros Morne. The Fish Sheds are single room cottages but there is ample room and storage provided. The living room was designed to let you take in the beautiful vista while you read a book or listen to some music. Our kitchens have plenty of prep room and will satisfy most travellers cooking needs. The bathrooms are spacious and have a standing shower.

Each cottage has a private deck for you to enjoy and there are BBQ's on site for you to use if you want throw on a steak to go with that second glass of vino.
One traveller described our location as "the edge of the world". We like that description a lot. Our location is up and away from the community but within minutes walk from the largest convenience store in town, one of the most complimented restaurants and the local fish market. We are less than a five minute drive to the center of Rocky Harbour or a gorgeous 15 minute stroll. Directly behind us is perhaps one our favourite little known trails in the park, The Salmon Point lookout. All major trails including Gros Morne Mountain are mere minutes away. If you don't believe us, take a look from your deck, it is right there! ha We love our neighbourhood and hope you will too.

The place was exactly what we were hoping for! Chris was a delight and made check-in easy. The view is beautiful and a fantastic location to watch the sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. There are walks and hikes very close by for all levels of fitness to enjoy.

Christopher is an excellent host! He met us at the property and walked us through. He shared great insight about Gros Morne hiking, local restaurants and entertainment. He was really helpful. The cabin was fabulous! Great location, clean, tidy and with a gorgeous sunset view. We had an awesome stay!

Cute cottage, awesome location, beautiful view!

We had a great time on our honeymoon at this "Fish Shed". The location was great with a short 2 minute walk to Salmon Pointe which offers a breathtaking view. The view from in the fish shed itself while having my morning coffee looking over the bay or while reading a book taking in the evening sunset. Chris was also an extremely friendly and accommodating host providing lots of advice on the many close by trails of Gros Morne and being very quick to respond even though our flight made us arrive very late the first night (he still came and checked us in person!!!).

Perfect Property

This property was the perfect cottage we were looking for our trip to Gros Morne. With a beautiful view of Rocky Harbour, and a central location to most hikes in the park, we can not recommend it more! In addition, the decor in the cottage was beautiful. We will definitely be back!
