This stunning Holiday Home has Sorrento shopping strip practically on its doorstep, Sorrento Bay beach only 900 metres stroll, and just 10 minute walk to Sorrento Ocean Beach. With 4 bedrooms–2 x King, 2 x Queen, 2 x Single, 1 x Bunk–2 bathrooms, relaxing decks and sweeping views.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Come and enjoy the 9m x 4m solar heated pool and the luxury of a gas heated spa! The spacious, elevated double block with sweeping views of the Sorrento township and beyond has a relaxed and private atmosphere with gently sloping garden beds and enclosed yard. The pool is surrounded by lengths of decking with sun lounges, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a shaded outdoor dining table. There is also another option for alfresco dining on the elevated front deck with setting for 10 people and a BBQ.

'Osset Oasis' is positioned in the heart of the peninsula: perfectly nestled between the calm waters of the front beach with long stretches of sandy beaches, piers, and sail boats; and the back beach with majestic views of the wild Southern Ocean and lots of rock pools and walking tracks to explore. Only 200 metres to the main Sorrento shopping centre, restaurants, galleries and gift shops makes this an ideal spot to holiday.

Well presented, and tastefully furnished, 'Osset Oasis' offers relaxation and plenty of comfort in stylish Sorrento. Hydronic heating and ceiling fans throughout along with gentle sea breezes ensure a comfortable stay. Rear access for 4 + cars so you can just hang up your keys and enjoy walking to all that Sorrento has to offer.

Newly renovated kitchen with double steel oven and open plan dining leads to the outdoor entertaining deck. The main lounge is filled with light and has the ambience of an open fire place along with TV/DVD/Foxtel IQ2. The second lounge room offers comfy couches, TV/DVD and doors opening onto the deck area. Loads of space and an abundance of light with views from every room. Enjoy the half size billiard table that is located just off the main lounge area.

This fabulous 4-bedroom holiday home offers:

Bedroom 1 with King bed and ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 with 1 King bed and a Single bed

Bedroom 3 with 1 Queen bed and a Single bed

Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed plus a set of bunks–2 x single

The spacious separate main bathroom has a shower, bath, double vanity and separate toilet.

Sheets, pillow cases and towels are Not Provided but if you give us enough notice we can arrange a linen pack to be ordered for you at an extra charge.

The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
As such, the Pool and Spa are unavailable from May through to September.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

- David's place is extremely close to the local IGA and just a short drive to the hot springs. Highly recommended. You do have to bring your own linen or order a linen pack but totally worth it.

- We had the best weekend in David's Sorrento house. The house suited us perfectly, it was so spacious and comfortable and warm. Perfect for our girls getaway. The Jacuzzi and pool were fantastic and the house is in the best location. Definitely will be hiring this house again.
