LARGE GLISTENING SOLAR HEATED POOL SURROUNDED BY AN EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREA.
Superb Solar Heated Pool, Wi-Fi, upstairs theatre room, short walk to beach, parks, ferry, shops, cafes, Sorrento Hotel, Continental Hotel and Sorrento Park.

Light, bright and pristine, downstairs comprises of an open plan living area with large glass doors and windows that bring the outside in, air-conditioning, a leather lounge facing a wonderful warming gas fireplace, wall mounted flat screen smart TV, a well-equipped and very spacious kitchen with quality appliances, butlers pantry preparation area, large dining table and 12 chairs, doors opening out to the glistening pool and courtyard area with BBQ facilities.
A small grassed garden area perfect for children to play, fully fenced and gated.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs lies a spacious living area that hosts a theatre room with a large flat screen smart TV.
Bedroom 1 large master bedroom with a queen bed.
Ensuite with bath, shower, double vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single bunk beds to sleep 4.
An adjoining large family bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity.

Spacious Sorrento House
