Quietly located between the serene bay and invigorating ocean beaches of Blairgowrie, this beautifully appointed modern retreat delivers an exceptional coastal getaway. A symphony of style and comfort, the home offers a solar heated pool oasis, and spacious accommodation with two separate living areas, a premium kitchen, butler’s pantry, and an open plan layout seamlessly connecting to the alfresco. An indulgent all-seasons retreat suited to families or mature groups (max. 8 adults).

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property sleeps a maximum of 8 adults.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. • Full laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer, clothes-airer, iron and ironing board
• Private fully fenced perimeter with manicured gardens
• Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles and a boat (NB: the garage is not available for guest use)

Holiday House Perfection!

We had the best time at this beautiful house for the weekend! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable and spacious and the kids loved the pool. We were offered an early check in which was much appreciated. I would definitely book again in the future!

Gorgeous house with amazing solar heated pool. Extremely well well equipped home with everything we could possibly need and more. We took my elderly parents and it was perfect for young and old as it was almost all on one level and provided many spaces for everyone to enjoy time together and apart. Hosts were very generous and so accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
