CALEDONIA is fully fenced & has a huge yard front & back perfect for summer BBQS or just relaxing with a book or a cool drink.

Girls weekend away

We all had a fabulous time in Rye and this house was the keystone to a great weekend. Would highly recommend a stay here! House was lovely and modern, spa heated up a treat. Great spot for a summer vacay!

Perfect getaway home

House was perfect, very clean, great communication with host. Spa and pool heating was amazing. Very large and multiple seating areas. One minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to Woolworths. Will definitely be back.

Excellent outdoor area

Excellent pool and entertainment areas catering for our multigenerational family.Our main concerns were the ant issue in the kitchen and all over our things, the spiders (both inside and outside, one of which was a huntsman), and the overall cleanliness eg ant trails in the kitchen have been sprayed and left there. Feedback would be to get the house sprayed.

Amazing Place and very thoughtful host

Simone the host is very thoughtful. He had al the arrangements setup and available to guests. Our stay is very relaxing. The place was very nice. The pool was great and the spa is very relaxing. The place was very family friendly, we had kids aging from 10 to 16 and they all had an amazing time. I would visit again.

Perfect family vacation home!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful Rye vacation home this summer! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how welcoming and comfortable the house was. The space was not only stylish but also incredibly functional for our family. It had everything we needed – from a fully-equipped kitchen to a spacious living area where we could all gather and relax.The highlight for us was the outdoor space – a gorgeous backyard with a pool that the kids absolutely loved! We spent hours each day swimming and enjoying the lovely Melbourne weather. The home is also in a fantastic location, across the beach, close to local parks, shops, and some great family-friendly attractions. We were able to easily explore the city and still have a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of each day.The host was very communicative, offering helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. It was clear that they take great pride in maintaining the property, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside.We would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a family-friendly escape in Melbourne. Our experience was beyond expectations, and we look forward to returning again in the future!

Great house, pool and location

The house is lovely, with good beds. Beautiful pool and fantastic location. Perfect spot to celebrate Christmas with my family. Unfortunately the house was not very clean, probably due to the fact that one of the cleaners had called in sick and it was only one person cleaning 6 houses. Tiles had come off in the pool and luckily we took photos of the damage as we walked through the house,because we were asked about it. Would go back and definitely recommend

Fantastic beach holiday with the family

The house and the location was perfect, and very close to the beach, the shops as Woolworts and the restaurants. The pool was also fantastic and warm. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were with a family of 10 persons and we had a very good time!

Amazing house and location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It was beautifully kept, spacious for our group and in a great location a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and spa area is just stunning, and so spacious, there was plenty of room for all of us to lounge around or in the pool. Also have to compliment the choice of bedding, everyone in our group was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were and how well we all slept! We had a wonderful stay here and would highly reccomend this property to others.

Lovely Stay at Caledonia

Thank you Simone, we had a great stay at the property. There were a couple technical glitches with Stayz and Simone was helpful and understanding. All of my questions were answered very quickly. A lovely character home with a modern twist, two lounge areas were great for the large group. Kids enjoyed the trampoline but everyone's favourite was the pool and spa - in particular the outdoor shower!

Very enjoyable

The heated pool and spa were amazing! We were in there everyday even when it was 20oC outside. The pool and spa were toasty warm! The kitchen was amazing, the living room and TV were great! Lovely outdoor eating area and suitable for lots of family. The bunk room is quite small and better for small people, not so much for teenagers. There was no washing line but had a drying rack. It is tricky with wet towels and togs, so a washing line would be handy. The host was lovely, responsive and a very good communicator. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome property

Loved our stay. It was a mums weekend away which was a success. However I would love to return on a family holiday too. Perfect for 2-3 families depending on size of families! Bedrooms all very comfortable. Having two living areas was handy. Spa super quick to heat, and shops walking distance.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for our group - clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped and we loved the spa. Simonne was excellent to communicate with too... would stay here again for sure!
