The beach, Rosebud Pier and cafes are just a few minutes drive, or a pleasant walk away. The home is also central to wineries, golf courses and the hot springs.

This modern home is fully equipped with entertainment and relaxation options for all ages.

On the lower level you’ll find the main lounge, entertainment and dining areas, a gas log fireplace, dining for 8 and an open plan kitchen.

Enjoy three separate living rooms, two with smart TVs and one that can be closed with a sliding door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a semi commercial oven, butler’s pantry, large fridge, a full suite of kitchen appliances - including an Aldi Pod Coffee Machine and breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

Indoor dining for 8 opens onto a covered alfresco entertaining area, with a BBQ, dining for 8 and outdoor lounge area. The large deck steps look out to the putting green (clubs and balls provided), huge grass area and firepit with seating.
