We do not accept schoolies bookings - Please have other houses on our portfolio that do. Please ask

No Parties allowed
No smoking inside the house
No loud music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, this is negotiable pending other bookings
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Location:
The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shops and beach. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes.
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
