Blairgowrie Seachange is large enough for families who want the extra space to spread out. With 2 living areas upstairs and an entire quarter downstairs, both adults and children will be free in their own spaces.
The home also boasts both heating and cooling, fans, a gas fireplace, free wifi, Netflix and Stan available on both TVs, a four-burner BBQ, an enormous undercover outdoor deck, off-street parking for 4-5 cars, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, 2 fridges and cupboard space to accommodate your needs, laundry with washer/dryer, as well as ironing facilities.

General information: Linen is priced once a booking request is made. For hygiene purposes, we do not allow BYO linen. Damaged linen (including makeup stains) may incur costs.
No smoking inside the property or outside if doors and windows are open.
No pets allowed on the property unless written approval is provided.
On-street parking is not available, strict Shire regulations prohibit any on-street parking.
High chair, port-a-cot (linen for port-a-cot is BYO) and child gate available on request.
Guest access: You will have complete access to the house as if it were your own. Exclusions are locked areas such as storage under the house and some other small areas that won’t affect your booking or the space. There is plenty of storage space for guests including cupboards, drawers and wardrobes.
Other things to note
Noise: Parties are strictly forbidden and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency and strict Shire regulations. This property is located on a residential street. Loud music is not to be played, nor is the following behaviour acceptable:
- Aggressive behaviour; - Loud yelling, screaming and arguing; and - Excessive cheering, clapping and singing.
Disobeying these rules may result in a $500 breach fee and being evicted from the property (in addition to any damages and additional cleaning fees).
Other: You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages and theft during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip per check-in instructions.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All doors are to be locked. All lights are to be turned off. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.

The house is really well equipped for a large group. The property is better than the photos! A well laid out property, with a warm feel. A great stay and would highly recommend. Very responsive hosts.
Great house with ample space to relax and enjoy down time. Big living area downstairs great for children. Kitchen well equiped with everything you could need. Great location - easy walk down to Blairgowrie shops and front/back beaches, and very accessible to everything in the area.

This is the second time I've stayed at Blairgowrie Seachange had a wonderful time. The house is great for large groups with lots of separate lounges and areas to hang out. We particularly loved having a kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook for a large group of people. Thank you again Bruce and Rhiannon.
Our third time staying at Bruce and Rhiannon’s wonderful place down in Blairgowrie. Just love the space for the kids downstairs and the open kitchen and living for us adults. Great location close to the beach and shops. Will be back again when we can.
