We understand that your schedule may not always allow for a swim in our heated pool. That's why, during the colder months (June – October), we offer the flexibility to only pay for pool heating if you plan to use it. For an additional $250 per stay, we can ensure the pool is heated for your comfort.

NO SCHOOLIES - No schoolies will be permitted, if found that you are schoolies and booked the property, your booking will be cancelled.
No smoking indoors at any time.
No parties or events.
External Outdoor Camera's are installed for preventative measures only.

We have supplied some items such as, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid,, sponges, bin liners, salt, pepper, coffee, various types of tea, glad wrap and foil only to name a few.

This holiday home suits 2 - 3 families or a mature group.

******** SECURITY CAMERAS: The property has external cameras installed around the perimeter of the property. At no point during your stay should you obscure / cover the cameras, with tape, carboard or other items around the house. These cameras are installed for preventative measures only. A call out fee will apply and charged by the security company if the cameras are tampered with at any time.
