153A The Parade is Ocean Grove's newest and most luxurious beach rental properties. Located just 400m from the beach and a short walk to the city centre, it is in an ideal location for a relaxing getaway. This newly completed double storey home has some of the best views in Ocean Grove. The house has five spacious king bedrooms giving each guest the highest level of comfort and the ability to sleep up to 11 guests.
This house is perfect for a group of families, with an open plan layout upstairs there is plenty of room to relax together and on your own.

Main features:

153A The Parade is wheelchair friendly having an elevator as well as three of the five bedrooms being wheelchair accessible along with both downstairs bathrooms. Shower chair and raised toilet seat and frame available on request.

The house has free high speed Wi-Fi and each TV has Netflix and platinum Foxtel available. The downstairs living area contains an X-Box One console and multiple games, if that isn't enough for the kids we also have an Ultimate upright arcade machine with around 2000 games. We provide guests with the option of high chairs, and staircase safety gate. The upstairs living area is fitted with a 70 inch smart TV and a 90 Inch projector screen perfect for watching movies.

Upstairs is a spacious open plan layout across the kitchen, dining and living area, there is a gas log fire place and reverse cycle unit. Each bedroom has electric panel heating and the master bedroom also has a reverse cycle unit.

There are three decking areas around the house as well as the backyard which is fully fenced for privacy. The backyard area is equipped with a solar heated 8-meter-long swimming pool for those who don't love the crowded beaches in summer.

Julie’s place was the perfect home for our large family of 10 adults and 3 young kids. It has everything you’ll need for a fantastic holiday. great property that housed our 3 families, providing bathroom facilities for each. pool over the hot weekend was a bonus plus short drive to very safe beach for the grandchildren. Lift to top floor helped us oldies get up the stairs.

Great location, beautiful home!

Amazing property, clean and included everything you need for a great family getaway. Only downside was getting in and out of the driveway from the busy main road. Other than that it was perfect! Also property manager was great to deal with, very helpful and friendly.
