82B Orton Street is located only 200m from the beach and the main shopping area in Ocean Grove. This beautiful two-storey house has a Hamptons style interior with stunning ocean views. Stay in luxury at 82B Orton Street and enjoy the oversized spa, roof-top deck, basketball area, games room and much more.

82B Orton Street has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in comfort. The adjoining property (82A Orton Street) is also available to rent if you have a larger group.
There are two bathrooms, includes ensuite, and three toilets to accommodate everyone.
The large open plan living, dining and kitchen is located upstairs and is full of character and space for everyone to relax. This area then leads onto an outdoor balcony with a luxurious over-sized spa and a BBQ with an outdoor setting area to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

SPA
The spa, located off the lounge room, is large in size, making it great fun for both adults and children. Dimensions - 4.3m x 2.3m (1.33m deep)

ROOFTOP-DECK
The rooftop-deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Settle in with a good book or great company and enjoy the sea air!

BASKETBALL AREA
82B Orton Street has a great basketball area for all to enjoy. Balls are provided.

GAMES ROOM
The house also has a games room, fully equipped with an air hockey table, TV, Foxtel, Nintendo Switch and PS4 consoles (& games), board games and skateboards (& helmets) creating hours of enjoyment for the whole family!

SURFBOARDS
At 82B Orton Street we have provided surfboards and boogie boards for our guests to enjoy the great surf during their stay.

WI-FI & FOXTEL
You can also enjoy the benefits of Wi-Fi and Foxtel at 82B Orton Street.

HEATING & COOLING
The property has split systems, panel heaters and ceiling fans to create a comfortable environment for your holiday. There is also a gas log fire in the lounge room to enjoy in the cooler months.

CHILDREN WELCOME
At 82B Orton Street we provide helpful items for the little ones, making packing a little easier for parents! A port-a-cot, 2 highchairs, 2 bed rails, stroller, children's crockery and cutlery, books, DVD's and toys are all provided. The upstairs level is also fitted with a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Such a beautiful property and Jacquie was so helpful with the couple of inquiries we had.

Luxurious house in great location

We had a fantastic mum getaway at this fantastic property. We loved all the luxurious touches and care the owners have taken. You can easily walk to the Main Street and beach. We will definitely we back!

Just perfect!

Stayed here for the June long weekend with friends as we had a wedding near by at The Dunes. This property is perfectly located, STUNNING views and just the most epic property that is so wonderfully presented. Had everything we needed, space for everyone and such a relaxed vibe. All of us that stayed have said we will return in a heart beat!

We loved staying in Ocean Grove. The property was just beautiful and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the spa and air hockey. The property was really spacious, clean, well presented and full of natural light. We loved being so close to the beach and Ocean Grove shops. Hope to return one day!

Happy Days

This house ticked all the boxes for us. Lots of space, modern design and large windows with views of the ocean and township. Adults could relax as the children were kept entertained with the swim spa, basketball area and games room. Beach and shops a short walk away.
