The Newly renovated "Felix Beach House" is THE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE. The location is to die for with the beach 150m from the front door. The town centre is less than a 10 minute walk with all its bustling cafes. Smell the sea air and hear the waves from your bedroom. You will not find a house with a better location.

This beautiful home will be your home away from home. Its located in one of the most sought after pockets of Old Torquay. This charismatic beach house, with the original exterior, is well maintained with stylish furnishing and all the comforts you seek from a holiday home. Located less than 150 metres from the beach. Take a short stroll and you will be enjoying a sunset by the water.

This property is equipped with a Putt Putt Golf course, an outdoor firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows, so there is lots for the kids to do when they are not across the road at the Beach.

Enjoy the open planned kitchen, dining and living area complete with stone bench tops and quality s/s appliances. Two bathrooms makes this well suited to the family getaway or the mature couples seeking some time out by the coast. Soak up the sun while enjoying your morning coffee on either outdoor deck.

Stay comfortable at any time of the year, the beauty of the Surf Coast doesn’t stop just because it is getting cooler!

We offer a full catering service if you wish to spoil your guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. We look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure the house is neat and tidy as you find it at check in. All furniture must be moved back dishes in the dishwasher and ensure the dishwasher is turned on.
Please empty all bins, and turn lights, heaters and air conditioners off
Clean front and back yard if you have pets and ensure there is NO PET FUR left inside property. Please ensure any damage is reported
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon checkout house must be left tidy - leave as you find it when you check in. Furniture must be put back in place, floors swept and dishes put away
Noise should be kept to an acceptable level Music and noise must not disturb neighbours after 10pm BBQ must be cleaned prior to check out.
Yard must be cleaned PRIOR TO CHECKOUT if you have had pets at property. Fur must be fully cleaned from inside house No pets in carpeted area's.

Had a weekend here with a group of friends. The house was in an excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The styling and vibe of the property is amazing and it has a very welcoming feel.
