About this property

Anglesea Beach House

This three bedroom, two bathroom single storey house located on the Anglesea River is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday along the Great Ocean Road. All sorts of activities are at your doorstep. Take a short walk to Anglesea's stunning beach, head to the river inlet, shops for a bite to eat or to browse the stores, entertain the children at the nearby playgrounds and park, enjoy fishing from the jetty across the road, or take a walk along the bush trail behind the property or along the Surf Coast Walk.

Located on the Anglesea River, the house has a large open plan living area that's perfect for entertaining, and sleeps up to seven people (one king, one queen, 1 set single bunks and 1 single bed) - great for a holiday away with family or friends. The large main bedroom, with king bed, television and ensuite is the ideal parents retreat!

You can also enjoy a BBQ or read your book on the deck that surrounds the front and the side of the house.

The house is heated and cooled via a split system A/C so you'll be comfortable in all seasons. A modern fit out provides everything you need, including dishwasher and washing machine, BBQ, two TV's and DVD.

There is ample space for 4 cars. An outdoor heated shower has been installed and makes it easy to wash after swimming at the nearby beach.

Free WIFI is available for all guests.

A child's high chair has also been added for young families.

We are pet friendly. Our property has newly fenced front and backyards and provides safety for pets and young children.

The Anglesea Beach House does not provide sheets, pillow slips or towels.

Amazing location - great for pets!

This is a well design property, with enclosed yards for pets. Nestled amongst the trees, you feel peace and calm upon arrival. Close to the river, and an easy walk to the outlet/beach. Easy walk to the shops too. Fantastic location! Clean, lovely property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The beds were really comfortable, the house layout was perfect, and it was in the best location. A short walk to the shops, the river, and the beach. A very secluded and quiet location. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, and the house was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay again.

A nice big living space, great for the family to gather at. Just a nice walking distance to the park and the shops. Pleasantly surprized at the nature trail right alongside, the Reserve playground & walk to the shops via the bridges. Good family activities.

A gem in the heart of Anglesea

We were very lucky to secure a late booking for the New Year period. This always comes with some trepidation; however, we could not have wished for anything else. The house is in a great location, a few mins walk to the main shopping centre and 10 mins to the beach. A huge master-king suite with en-suite, sitting area, and private garden. The second bedroom with a queen and as one would expect, a third bedroom with a bunk and single. The kitchen provided all of the utensils, crockery cutlery, etc to feed a large family. Large smart TV in the lounge and inhouse Wifi. The place was very clean and it had a good sense of being home. Jan was fantastic with the few phone calls we had. We would highly reccomend this property for your next beach-side stay

We had a great stay very peaceful only the resident possum at night we could here in roof.Barbecue gas bottle ran out service was prompt to get a replacement .We have satyed at this house for a number of years and love it.
