Luxurious Holiday Home

Whether you're sporting a large family, getting the gang together or just looking to stretch out in style, this luxurious Surf Coast Townhouse is the perfect unison between modern sea side living, urban cafe vibe and total access to the best that this section of pristine holiday coastline has to offer.

This luxurious and spacious townhouse is in the perfect location, walking distance to beaches, cafes and supermarket.
Consists of two large size living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets and a powder room.

Main bedroom has a king size bed and features an exposed bath, double shower, private toilet, walk in robe and TV with DVD.
Second bedroom has queen size bed and single bed. Third bedroom has queen size bed and a king single. Porta-cot available (byo linen). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and both levels have heaters and air conditioners.

First floor has open plan living area and 8 seater dining table which opens to balcony containing 8 seat outdoor setting and BBQ. Living area has leather couches, gas log fire and airconditioning with 65" TV and DVD/Video/Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including dish washer and large fridge.

Ground floor has second living area/games room with 2nd TV and DVD/video with a couch (that folds out to an additional double bed). This living area opens to a private backyard with decking and clothes line. Single remote controlled garage with internal access contains bikes (3 adults & 3 kids) and boogie boards.

Situated in a prime location with only a short walk to Beach (800m), Shops and Cafes.

Local Attractions and Things to do

Torquay is famous for its beaches. Cosy Corner has a quiet safe beach suitable for the younger kids or around the corner you'll find the main Torquay Surf beach. Further down the coast is Jan Juc or a quick drive will take you to the world famous Bells Beach. There is also a coastal track that you can walk or ride along to take in magnificant views which runs from Torquay all the way to Bells Beach and beyond

There are surfing schools where you can get a group or private lesson and Point Danger is famous for its windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Torquay has many other attractions away from the beach including surf shops and factory outlets. The RACV Torquay golf club is only a couple of minutes away or you can hire a court at the local tennis club.

We really loved staying here. Fantastic location as you can walk everywhere. The house was great, big living areas with seating for all the family to relax. The bedrooms are great too, ceiling fans in all that really help in the hot weather. We hope to stay here again.Thanks Cameron!

We were a group of 5 - there was plenty of space for all of us and bike storage. Short walk to shops, cafes for breakkie and our dinner venue. A really easy place to settle into for our short stay.

We loved staying here. The amount of space was amazing and all the extras they had for our kids (toys etc) was fantastic. Close to town, the house had all the amenities and comforts we needed for our weekend away. Definately would recommend and will definately stay again!

Comfortable and luxurious

All of us enjoyed staying in the house. It was very comfortable and had all we needed. The main bedroom on the top floor was luxurious. We enjoyed dining and relaxing in the living area on the top floor with its nice views and good heating during winter. The adjoining kitchen was very good also. The house is walking distance to a supermarket and the town centre.

The property was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great too. Unfortunately the drawcard of the spa bath was a little disappointing, as the bubble switch did not work. If this was in full working order, I would have said that the property was excellent

The property has been well lived in. I found the accommodation to meet our needs, however would not call it "luxurious". Downstairs has an unpleasant smell. For the price having to vacc and mop all floors on departure seems ridiculous especially with a 10am checkout. No towels provided. I feel like this should be included in the details of the property online before booking. I understand some people may want to save and do it themselves. However some people would prefer to have a break from everyday chores whilst away. On a positive note, reliable communication with Cameron and in a very central location to access Torquay.
