This is the second time my son and I have stayed at this property and as always it has everything you need and is in a great location. The owner is lovely and always responds quickly to any queries. We will definitely book it again.

Great dog friendly spot to spend the weekend

Great secure yard for the dog and cozy house walking distance to the main street and the wetlands to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again

Bliss at Anglesea

Although not modern, this 3 bdr unit provides everything you could possibly need for a relaxing time away. A real holiday home feel about the place whilst being cosy and comfortable. We have stayed at Ubetya twice and we will be back for sure.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable home that was perfect with kids. Safe location back from the street. Walking distance to town, beach and river estuary. Would happily stay again.

Ubetya is a great place for a short stay

We enjoyed our time. Convenient spot not far from shopping centre and the beach. Mostly everything you need is there. A clothes dryer would be a nice addition. Very helpful host,great communication. Thanks to Anne.

Awesome getaway

This property had everything you need for a comfy stay. Anne was an excellent host and always prompt in her replies. Can't wait to head back in the summer and hit the beach with the kids 🙂

While the house was clean & tidy, communication and listing details were less than desirable. Advised towels available on request. Message host requesting this and was told towels could only be available in October (we stayed in September). We were screamed and sworn at by a neighbour who had a baby and didn’t like the fact we had motorbikes as our transport. We immediately copped an accusatory message from owner rather than querying what actually happened. We came home the next evening to another neighbouring letting their dog poo all over the carport and then start barking at 630am on our last day. I honestly wouldn’t recommend stay here purely for the neighbourly hostility and owners lack of communication. We were nothing but respectful and quiet the whole time, actually only home during the evenings as we were out exploring each day. Shower pressure is poor and no heating in the bedrooms, only a wall unit in the living room.

Nice basic cabin

The cabin is spacious and, while it is no frills, has everything basic needed for a weekend away, and it was great it was dog friendly as well. It's a good location only 10 minutes walk from town. It was a bit challenging to find as the address given was incorrect, but this was relatively minor. A nice stay overall.

Cosy autumn haven with doggo

We stayed at this cosy Anglesea Unit the weekend of the Great Ocean Road Running Festival. Very cosy in the cooler month of May, well equipped, close to amenities. Lovely outdoor area, perfect for our Greyhound. Would love to return in warmer months.

Very pleasing and wonderful

Felt at home as soon as we got there, host ( Anne Carton) had supplies provided such as toilet paper, bath mat ,tea coffee, garbage bags and even dog toys and poop scooper and much more, which made such a welcoming feel, l must say one of the best hosts on stayz, had a wonderful time, Beach and shops short walk away, dog loved the park and backyard, such a beautiful neighborhood with scenic surroundings and will be delighted to return for more relaxing moments and memories. Thankyou.

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect house for a family with young kids. Sleeps 10 people and such a great price!! It wasn’t new or modern but I loved that, I didn’t have to stress about marking new shiny furniture or floors. It was stocked so well with kitchen appliances and utensils and so many toys and books. Was a stress free getaway and will definitely be back. The aircon was fabulous but would be very hot in the bedrooms with only ceiling fans. The only negative I have is the yard, if they did it up it would be perfect! Perfect child/pet friendly house, but not the yard. Could also do with updating the doona linen but could take your own if you like. The host was very easy to communicate with. Fantastic beach holiday!!

We had a great relaxing stay. Anne gave very clear information prior to our stay. The house was excellent for family with kids especially toddler. We didn't bring our dog with us, but the property looks very pet friendly too.

More than meets the eye, a very spacious unit. Everything we needed was there, we just supplied our own linen and towels. Kids had a great time and there is a decent outside area. The split system warmed the whole unit very well for our winter beachside escape. Less than 10min walk to the shops and maybe 15 to 20min easy walk to the beach.

Unit was quite large, well equippes and much nicer than pictures. Close to beach. There were only 2 of us but could comfortably fit a family or more people with two decent size rooms with double/queen beds plus another with bunks
