This renovated, 2 bedroom, top floor apartment features modern open plan living with air conditioning; bright open kitchen; and relaxing lounge area with 50" Full HD LCD LED TV, WIFI and Fetch Box to easily access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Stan, YouTube and more..

Enjoy the ocean breeze and magnificent views on the expansive balcony while sipping a glass of wine and chatting with your friends. Watch the waves roll in from your lounge chair - or in BED!! Indulge in a late morning sleep-in and open your eyes to the ocean; viewed through french doors which open out onto the main balcony .

Portacot (with linen) and High Chair provided on request.

In your own private yard with beautiful lawn, soak in the afternoon sun or sit in the cool shade of the huge gum tree and enjoy inspirational views from the entertainment area while you fire up the 6 burner BBQ.

This apartment is the perfect base to return to after enjoying all the natural wonders of Lorne - from an invigorating dip in the ocean to an exhilarating walk to the waterfalls of Great Otway National Park. Everything you need for a relaxing and inspiring holiday.

Highlights for us were the daily visits from a baby kookaburra and cockatoos to the generous balcony. We had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was excellent, big tick for the comfortable beds. At this price point I would have expected a dishwasher but overall we loved our stay here.

Perfect apartment for a staycation

Our recent stay at this apartment was wonderful! The location is close to the town center, yet very quiet and peaceful. The ocean views were beautiful, and we even had some friendly cockatoos visit us everyday. Our communication with the owners was consistently smooth, and they were very accommodating to all of our needs. Overall, we were very pleased with this apartment, highly recommend!

Incredible Views Great Location

This is a lovely apartment, situated opposite a stunning beach that is an easy stroll, only five minutes down an easy slope. Walking from the apartment to the town centre of lawn was an easy walk and very enjoyable along a pathway and beautiful coastline. The apartment was very clean and modern and Rob and Teresa were wonderful hosts.

I loved my stay at this place. The communication with Rob & Theresa was good and open from the start. The property was exactly as described and as per the photos; being able to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and with cockatoos and rosellas visiting each morning was good for the soul. Highly recommend.

Lorne Beach Apartment

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful property in an amazing location. The apartment was immaculate and wonderfully appointed with everything we could need. What an incredible location - sweeping views of the ocean, visiting cockatoos on our balcony and such a short walk to the beach. The Lorne main strip is so close too - we chose to just walk along the beach to get there. It is a beautiful walk. We highly recommend this place and feel ourselves lucky it was available to us. Thank you to Rob and Theresa for their help and hospitality.

Getaway with a View

Absolutely loved our stay at this delightful apartment with the most amazing views from almost everywhere inside the property. Theresa and Rob (owners) were fantastic, responding immediately to a couple of issues that we encountered with swift and effective resolutions. We very much appreciated that. The highlight for me with this property was the view, wow!! The place is well equipped for a party of 4 adults to self-cater and the BBQ was the cleanest I have ever encountered in a holiday rental. Great location outside of Lorne town, but very walkable and very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend. I would like to suggest a consideration of an upgrade in mattress or a mattress topper as it was a little to firm for our party of 4 mature visitors. Again, thank you Theresa and Rob, we had a fabulous stay.
