Great Property

It was our 2nd stay at the property. Great property. Owner is nice. Had no issues renting. Clean luxurious 3 story home. Plenty of room and great location. Only wished we could've stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely A Horrible Experience

I absolutely loved the property from the pictures. When I made it to the property there was bottles of water under the bed, there were trash in the trash cans, the second floor furniture had rips and tears in them and none of the beds on the third floor didn’t have any bottom frames. The property states that events are allowed “BUT BE CAUTIOUS” because it’s just to get you to book the property. They will keep your deposit if you do so. The property accused me of severely damaging the property when it was already damaged, they accused me of smoking in the unit and having a party as well when my guests and I didn’t smoke or have a party. They scammed me and made up lies to keep my damage deposit. They also require you to put a major credit card on file with them along with the deposit.

Thanks for the feedback. We must give credit to our housekeeping and management for always ensuring the home is meticulously clean prior to each guest arrival. To give our future guests a wonderful experience we have renovated the entire property after the unfortunate events that took place during this stay. We welcome parties and events but trust our guests select and convey the total number of people. Have an exceptional time with the latest upgrades and 55” ultra HD smart TV however please respect the home. Smoking outside in the backyard is permissible.

Not what I expected.

This was my first time staying at one of your properties and upon arrival the house had not been cleaned. I couldn’t even sleep in the bed due to the condition. There was a sticky substance all on the floor as if something had been spilled and not cleaned up. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The property is nice and has a lot of space. The he house reflects what is shown in the pictures.

Not a great place to have large events due to strict house rules. Communication regarding house rules needs improvement.

I definitely recommend this property to anyone. I had an event there and my guest completely fell in love with the place. Most definitely will be using this property for future events and stay.
