Charmingly redone apartment.

This is a spacious one bedroom apartment with all modern upgrades. There is an obvious pride of ownership in the decor, paint and tile work. All appliances function properly in the kitchen and the bathroom has a wonderful soaking tub/shower with plenty of hot water. I would recommend this as a place also for a long-term tenant. Perhaps a faculty member at one of the nearby universities.It is very close to a beautiful park, across the street from a grocery store and within two blocks of several places to eat out. Communication was prompt with the owner and she speaks very good English. We were two women traveling and felt safe at anytime of the day or night in this area. The owners greeted us personally to make sure we understood how everything in the apartment worked. No need to bumble around and figure it out. You should know that even though there is a elevator at all hours of the day there’s one short flight of stairs that must be navigated also.
