This bright three-bedroom apartment brings inside a luxury art-deco contemporary modern space to create a seamless stay experience and private oasis in the heart of Dubrovnik.
Located in one of the most exclusive parts of Dubrovnik, beautiful Gorica area, near the Old Town which is just a 15 minute walk away. One of the most prestigious hotels, the Hotel Rixos Premium Dubrovnik, as well as the lovely Bellevue city beach are only 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Designed to feel like a home-away-from-home, this exclusive apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. With an open-plan design, there is a well equipped kitchen and a dining area. The living area has sliding glass doors opening to a furnished grand balcony with sea views perfect for relaxing outdoors.
There is one master bedroom with king-size double bed offering sea view and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms, both have double beds and share a balcony with sea views. The bathroom shared by these two bedrooms also has a bathtub/shower.
A separate laundry room is an added benefit of this apartment, enabling the top-of-the-range washing machine and dryer to be tucked away from the living spaces.

The apartment has its own private parking in the underground garage. There is elevator access to the apartment from the garage.
